Mike Townshend – Principal Adviser (sub authorised representative number 305336)
Mike has over 21 years’ experience in the personal insurance advice space, including time spent working for product manufactures and large advice distribution channels. Having experienced all facets of the advice process from product design, underwriting and advice, Mike is well placed to deliver the level of technical advice required for this market. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his two daughters and watching / participating in any sporting event possible.
Bryn Townshend – Customer Service Manager
With a solid background in a number of different insurance sectors, Bryn is dynamic in her approach, endeavoring to ensure your specific needs and wants are placed at the centre of every discussion.
With a family of her own, Bryn understands the unique pressures on time (both physically and mentally) we face and has therefore adopted her process to suit these constraints.
Bryn aims to make insurance an easy topic to talk about and also strives to ensure you are fully informed and empowered to make the right decisions.
Dave McCleery – Executive Director B Bus (Acc) ACA AMC
Dave is the co-founder of MCP Group (“MCP”). His initial experience as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young gave him insights into business enterprises of differing size and industry.
He then dedicated his career to the Finance Industry with the formation of MCP with business partner, and lawyer, Michael Poynter, building a team focusing on helping small business and individual clients. MCP now has multiple offices.
He has been involved with the valuation and acquisition of several financial service businesses and assets.
Dave has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is highly motivated and enthusiastic. He also has strong community engagement across many sporting and professional organisations.
Mark Passador – Chief Operating Officer
Having spent more than ten years in professional sport and working in the corporate sector, including eight years interstate, Mark has spent the last nine years following his passion for working with the SME sector.
As CEO of the financial, legal and insurance firm MCP, Mark’s expertise includes finance broking for individuals & business, assisting SME’s with Business Advice along with introducing customers to its related services. He is a key person in building relationships with both existing and new distribution partners that include accountants, financial planners, property specialists and related professionals.
Mark also has a strong passion for community sport and coaches a Senior men’s team in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA).
Mark has completed his post graduate studies in finance.
